It’s interesting how complex the digestive system is and you have a very good list here… I’ve found some of the keys for me were exercising, deep breathing exercises, drinking plenty of water and taking a magnesium supplement. In general, if you have to resort to a supplement, keep it natural! Synthetic products can often make the problems worse.
