The Connection between Nutrition and Brain Health

brain-food11

A study that looked at biomarkers in the blood to correlate vitamins and brain function found very clear links between nutrition and brain health.
A new study goes deeper in understanding the connection between good nutrition and a healthy brain. Previous studies have linked individual vitamin deficiencies to cognitive decline. An Ode to Monsanto

monsanto-skull-and-bones

Enjoy and share :)

Sauna trip :)  Sweat out the toxins!

At its worst, depression can lead to suicide. About 850,000 lives are lost to it every year, world wide.

When it comes to depression we know the ‘what’ of it, but not really the ‘how’.  It’s... Read More
