Fresh Raw Milk vs Pasteurized Dead Milk (Infographic)

In support of the raw milk community and the education of dairy consumers, we've just released an infographic about organic raw (fresh) milk versus conventional (pasteurized) milk. This infographic, viewable below, reveals the crucial differences between the nutritional properties, animal compassion and health implications of raw (living) milk versus pasteurized (dead) milk.

This is the infographic the CDC absolutely does not want you to see. Nor does the conventional dead dairy industry. Share this infographic and the information it provides. Its a step needed to help support all the farmers who want to sell raw milk but instead they are... Read More

Coconut Oil, a Link to Reversing Alzheimer’s Disease

The most cutting-edge research suggests that Alzheimer's may stem from an inability of the brain to process glucose, leading to cell death. But the brain has another source of fuel: ketones, produced by the body from mid-chain triglycerides like those found in coconut oil. It seems the most promising experimental Alzheimer's “drugs” being tested today is nothing more than medium-chain triglycerides derived from coconut and palm kernel oil. Dr. Mary Newport, a neonatologist and medical director of the newborn intensive care unit at Spring Hill Regional Hospital in Florida, was actually able to reverse her husband's Alzheimer's disease just by... Garlic & Carrot Hummus

One of the ways we keep the kiddo involved in our lifestyle is by including her in preparing healthy foods. These foods include a great garlic and carrot hummus. Check out the easy recipe below.

Note we use a Vitamix to blend, I’m sure a food processor or a high-end blender can do the job.

First pop the carrot in the food processor. Depending on your... Read More

Unlike the protein in steak, which is difficult for most people to digest, avocado protein is readily absorbed by the body because avocadoes also contain fiber. If you are trying to cut down on animal sources of protein in... Read More

Black-bean and Tomato Quinoa

Talk about yum yum in my tum tum.  I had this recipe for at least 2 years, and being the reluctant chef that I am, I have finally used it for the first time a couple of days ago! It was delish and I am proud to share an actual recipe that I have used to create a good, healthy meal.

Quinoa is protein-packed and high in magnesium. It's perfect with lime-spiked black beans and fresh tomato!

2 teaspoons grated lime zest

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled (I used ghee and highly

recommend it)

1 tablespoon vegetable oil... Read More
