Do you live an empowered life? I’m referring to feeling the spiritual, political, social and economic strength that is our god given right? The unwavering confidence in your own capabilities? If not, it may be your health that is betraying you, more so your food…

The old saying, “you are what you eat” is becoming more relevant each day, as people eat processed, nutrient-deficient toxic food and as a result have no color in their skin, no jump in their step and are extremely unhappy. Powerless!

When we choose Living Food, meaning food that contains the necessary vitamins, minerals, enzymes, energy, and information our body needs, we take on the life of the plant. A life that is flexible, balanced and resilient. A life that is built on relationships; relationships cultivated within an vast ecosystem that are co-dependent on each for survival. We discover gratitude for the abundance that nature unconditionally provides for us.

When we choose food that is fresh and free from harmful chemicals, antibiotics, preservatives and toxins, our minds become clearer, stronger and more efficient. Our bodies store the healing wisdom of the plant and disease becomes a thing of the past, paving the way for evolution to occur as intended.

It is this new-found respect for quality of life, that provides us with the guidance we need when making our daily decisions. A decision for sound health, gives us the foundation we need to explore our passions, “to live life to the fullest”, no longer feeling the restraints of those entities that have no regard for life. A healthy mind, body and soul propels us to stand up, speak our truth and be a beacon of hope for those that so desperately need us. Living Foods truly gives us a life that is worth living.
